Eligibility Criteria DMMU Bankura Recruitment 2025
Educational Qualification:
The candidate should have completed 12th pass from any of the recognised boards or Universities.
Other Eligibility Conditions
Must be a woman and an active member of an active SHG under NRLM for at least two years from the date of notice, and a resident of Bankura District.
Must have a member code and be entered in NRLM MIS (LokOS).
Must be willing to work in villages within and outside the district or state.
SHG members engaged in any government, government-sponsored (ICDS/ASHA/VRP) or NGO-paid work are not eligible.
SHG members who are BOD/OB of Sangha Cooperative/Upasangha/Mahasangha or holding PRI portfolio are not eligible.
Age Limit:
Candidate should have a minimum age of 25 years and a maximum of 40 years, as on 01.12.2025.
Note: Age relaxations will be given for reserved category candidates as per the extant Govt of West Bengal Norms.

Salary Details:
Community Auditors will be engaged on a daily honorarium and/or other allowances basis. The remuneration will follow the WBSRLM circular no. 1031-PRD-34011/19/2021-SRLM SEC dated 03.07.2025 read with 1604-PRD-34015/5/2019-SRLM SEC dated 18.12.2024.
Selection Process:
Selection will be based on the Written Examination, Computer Test and Interview.
